I have always spoken highly about Tresind as this restaurant/ lounge deserves to be mentioned in one of the finest restaurants in Dubai.Before my short holiday to India, I visited Tresind with my family to try their Winter Menu and was impressed once again with the offerings. They don’t just serve food but also ensure a beautiful experience and a long evening of sumptuous food 🙂
We started our meal with the delicious Kadak Pao with House Salsa and Deconstructed Pani puri. Next comes the Wild Mushroom Chai with Dehydrated Mushrooms and Truffle Milk Powder, who can imagine a Mushroom Chai? Well it really was impressive. Baked Burrata salad with Coriander Pesto and Tomato Shorba Essence was super. There were lots of wow moments while enjoying the meal and one such was when Baby corn Bhutta arrived and the Chef roasted it in front of us and served it with Lemon Butter Sauce and Peri Peri Chaat Masala. While I was enjoying the vegetarian options my Husband loved the Sea Bass Patrapoda and Murgh Zamin Doz- Dum Cooked Chicken, Butter Poached Prawns, with Pimento Peppers. Lassi Sorbet soon arrived as we were close to approach to the mains Birbal ki Khichdi uniquely prepared in front of us with countless number of ingredients. My son Nirvaan was so excited to see the preparations. We were so full to try anything else but there is always some room for sweets . As Chef suggested we opted for the Ghewar Mille Feuille, Pistachio Mousse with Rose Sorbet and Chini Ka Paratha, Salted Caramel and Scrambled Milk. Had to miss the Jalebi but I am sure there will be next time as I can never have enough of Tresind 🙂
