I was really looking forward to my first massage at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach and to find out more about their various facilities.

The Breakwater Wellness Centre features a range of indoor and outdoor amenities to reduce stress levels, enhance your physical appearance and simply makes for the perfect getaway, with all the necessities to pamper yourself. You even get access to their outdoor pool and beach area! With such amazing facilities on offer, I simply had to try it out for myself.

I decided to go for one of Breakwater Wellness Centre’s signature treatments in order to gain an introduction to their spa. I opted for the 90 minute Organic Aromatherapy Full Body Massage, which seemed like a great option at AED 445.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the therapist, who invited me to discuss my needs in a brief consultation. This is done so that every guest can enjoy a perfect massage, individually customised to what they require. As a result of this unique tailoring, the massage is freestyle-based and incorporates different pressure points and various massage techniques, which makes it especially enjoyable and definitely helped relax my muscles and relieve stress.

Following the massage, I had the luxury of lounging in the Centre’s relaxation area where guests can enjoy a beverage and access to the Jacuzzi, aroma steam room and sauna.

This is definitely an ideal way to unwind and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to let off some steam.
