I used to be a regular at Market Café located on the ground floor of Grand Hyatt Dubai. And now it has turned into The Collective Dubai with a new look and some great food to offer. The ambiance is now modern with added details to the earlier set up (new furniture and design).
I visited The Collective Dubai for Friday Brunch with my hubby and baby. My kiddo totally loved the place: it has a green indoor tropical garden and he loved to follow the colorful fish in the water bodies while munching on some popcorn. Its a perfect place to dine or brunch as Dubai gets hotter by the day, one gets a feel of an outdoor terrace sitting.
The Collective Dubai features Turkish, Arabic Grill, Parsi Cuisine at the Bombay Café and best desserts ever. They serve some signature dishes to highlight each region example Sali Boti chicken and Lamb Dhansak at the Parsi counter. My hubby relished it. Lamb Chops and Prawns from the Grill section are not to be missed.
I savored the Bombay Café vegetarian options from biryani to dal. I was constantly sipping on the Mojito as they make it really well at the drinks station. Turkish station had many options and I enjoyed the fresh Turkish thick green salads and fatoush. My son was loving the kids station where we could find Popcorn, French fries and Nuggets. And I was going all crazy with the options at the dessert section. For sure Swiss Chef Rich Marti created his magic with the amazing tarts, cookies, cakes and ice-creams with fresh berries. Look at these images- Trust me they taste as good as they look.
Friday Brunch is priced at AED299 inclusive of soft beverages and AED399 for the alcoholic brunch package.
