A Serene Beach with great food in a ostentatious room with a jaw dropping sea view and to top it all is the pleasant weather in Uae. Well, you can find it all at one stop at Ajman Saray. The hotel is located about 40 mins away from Dubai and is an ideal place for a short family getaway or a long relaxing holiday. Of course given a choice I would live there for a week and enjoy life at the beach with my family.
We opted for Deluxe sea view room with a private balcony giving an astonishing sea view. The luxury bathroom also had a sea view bathtub, walk in closet and the contemporary Arabian-accented décor adds up to the experience. The hotel is home to some good restaurants that serves a variety of cuisine.
Bab Al Bahr Beach Bar & Grill is the à la carte Beach Bar & Grill exudes modern, easy-going charm. Bars can be found on both the ground floor and the rooftop (ON weekends, they have a club night on the top), with a separate BBQ station located inside the restaurant. They serve some amazing cocktails including The Ocean Fizz – Inspired by Ajman (Bombay Sapphire, Hibiscus Infused Agave, Pineapple Puree, Lemon Juice, Soda). My husband loved the Bab Al Bahr Platter (Mixed grill selection of lamb chop, chicken steak and classic kofta) and seafood mixed grill. I really enjoyed the Classic falafel and grilled vegetable sandwich.
Another restaurant called Vista serves mouth-watering variety of International specialties in buffet style. Meat, pasta, soups, salads, indian dishes and a variety of desserts serves the appetite at the all day dining restaurant and is also the venue for breakfast. We had our dinner at the Arabic restaurant called Mejhana it’s a à-la-carte dining venue with contemporary Arabic décor. Along with flavoursome arabic dishes they also serve shisha and alcoholic beverages. For sea food lovers they have Safi Seafood Restaurant that serves Asian-influenced mix of seasonal and regional fish and produce, prepared on demand according to your preferences.
“GOCO” Spa at Ajman Saray offers personalised and authentic wellness experiences. The therapists are very good and the spa gives its guest an opportunity to create customised wellness packages that adds up to the luxurios experience. We opted for a 50 minute aromatherapy massage: its an ancient holistic treatment, that draws on the power of essential oils to restore our wellbeing. Pressure points on the face are stimulated, followed by light and extended massage strokes that are used to guide us into a state of deep physical relaxation.
The hotel is also equipped with a Kids club. Here is my baby having some fun.
All in all a true indulgence awaits you at Ajman Saray.
