I am in love with the concept of Box Park. It’s a totally chilled out venue with amazing food and now the pleasant weather makes it even more appealing. I happened to visit the newly opened Classic Car Cafe serving up French-European fare in traditional auto-inspired interiors. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and family. My son, Nirvaan enjoyed the Café; as soon as we sat, the server: Olga got some chalks and asked him to write whatever he would like to on the table itself. Offcourse kids love this and he scribbled with glee. Classic Car Cafe offers some amazing healthy omelettes served in a unique way. Nirvaan enjoyed it while he kept sipping the pineapple juice and my friend loved the Chicken Breast. For vegetarians there are a few choices like the Mix Veg Sandwich, Pasta Epicee and some amazing desserts. Our favourite from the list were Chocolate Fondant and Salted Carame With Espresso. Both were luscious. Strawberry and Mint lemonade are the drinks to go by.
They also have Fresh homemade dishes like the must-try chilled melon soup, generously topped toasts like Pain Perdu and a Croque Monsieur to challenge cafés lining the streets of Paris. All the dishes served up at Classic Car Café have been created with an attention to detail. Mixing the spirit of European cuisine with fresh and high quality ingredients leaves guests more than satisfied.
‘The concept is unike anything we have seen in Dubai,’ says Alessandro Squartecchia, General Manager at Classic Car Café. “We have worked with a great team of F&B experts to get the concept right and make sure the menu offers guests a real taste of European-French cuisine in a casual, yet sophisticated vintage-inspired surrounding. We believe dining should be about the whole experience and not just the food, so at Classic Car Café everything from the interiors and classic theme, to the friendly staff and buzzing atmosphere gives guests a unique dining experience.”
Open from 10am till midnight, serving up breakfast, lunch and dinner, Classic Car Café is located in the newly opened Box Park on Al Wasl Road.
