“The Gallery” is a restaurant famous among the Burjuman & Business tower residents. It’s very chic and cosy and a part of BurJuman Arjaan by Rotana. I happened to try the Buffet lunch last week and its great value for money. The buffet has a different theme every day from Oriental, Arabic, Mediterranean food to Barbeque and Carvery. It is priced at AED 89 with a selection of soup and salad, hot mezze, desserts and soft drinks as well. You can make your own salad as well at the salad counter. The staff is flexible and well trained.
