Diners can expect to taste succulent tandoor-cooked kebabs and tikkas, perfectly-grilled items from the tawa (griddle-like utensil), delicately fried snacks along with hearty main courses, biryanis and the sweet touches of dessert. Signature dishes include: salmon tikka, paneer tikka, tandoori broccoli, dal makhani, murgh makhani and prawns masala. All dishes will be prepared à la minute upon guests’ order, ensuring a fresh and robust taste delivered directly to the table.

The hotel’s beverage specialists have also created a special cocktail to accompany the brunch experience. The iZ Spritz is a unique blend of a black pepper infusion, Mandarin-flavored liqueur, tonic water, lime and a red chilli garnish. Black pepper has traditionally been a prized spice in the Indian culture, stimulating taste buds and aiding the assimilation of food.

Adding to the ambience will be the sound of resident DJ Tahir Hussein, playing lounge, chillout and Bollywood beats, keeping attuned to the mood of the crowd.
