I have been hearing about the Al Barari residential project for some time now and it was this Eid when I finally got to reconnoiter “The Farm”. I was amazed to see the property and the restaurant; as I have never seen something so green and eco-friendly in Dubai. The greenery, the sunset, the water surroundings, the chirping of the birds and the pristine silence transports you to a different world filled with tranquility.
The Farm is located in Nad Al Sheba area, Al Barari, opposite Global Village. I encountered a lot of GCC nationals at The Farm during Eid weekend. It for sure offers a different dining experience to the residents and visitors with fresh delicacies and local flavors. It has an international menu that caters to diverse nationalities. I went there with family and it was a perfect treat on a breezy summer evening. We explored the greenery around the farm and finally occupied a cozy place. We tried Fresh pasta with Mushrooms, Grilled Eggplant, Basil, Parsley & Parmesan in Tomato Sauce, Whole wheat Fusilli with Napolitaine, Chicken Tikka Masala, Poh Pai Phak Sod –Vegetable Summer Roll- a Thai starter and the very refreshing drink of the day called Mangolita ( a mix of mango, orange, lime juice).
Thanks to the Zaal family for constructing this beautiful property and an incomparable dining experience. Get away from the city life and head to the farm for hours of fun. But make sure to do a booking before heading to the green estate.
You can also book the table at the restaurant online as well, through the web-sitewww.thefarmdubai.com or call on 043 925660.
